Cernox Temperature Sensor
-
Cernox temperature sensors feature high sensitivity, good stability, follow a single resistance versus temperature curve, excellent magnetic field performance, and radiation resistance. Suitable for measurements in the 1.5-375K range in cryogenic systems. The sensors are manufactured under extremely strict quality control and demonstrate long-term stability under conditions of strong magnetic fields, neutron gamma radiation, thermal cycling and mechanical endurance. Compared with other available cryogenic temperature sensors, carbon ceramic cryogenic thermometers have superior mechanical and thermal environmental performance and are widely used throughout industrial research.
Feature
※ For 20 years, the long-term stability drift measured every year is less than 1mK;
※ Sensitivity 400-1600Ω/K;
※ The response time is less than 1 millisecond;
※ When the magnetic field is less than 6T, the error can be ignored;
※ Mechanical stability and handling characteristics;
※ Applicable to a wide temperature range of t;
※ It can be used under the condition of strong magnetic field and neutron-gamma radiation;
※ Has good stability, thermal cycling and mechanical durability.
Carbon Ceramic Matrix Structure
※ Glass coated, sealed, 2mmx8mmx1mm deep
※ Can be used for gas, vacuum, liquid and solid
※The selected sensor is heat treated with 50 thermal cycles for 3 months
※ Provides multi-point calibration sensor with polynomial fitting
※ Non-oxidized alloy leads can be bent and can withstand normal soldering
※ 2-wire standard configuration, 3-wire and 4-wire optional
