Overview:
Vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is a device that combines vacuum, atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering, and is suitable for high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics. For example, it is used in vacuum sintering of metals such as transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics, and alloy materials composed of refractory metals, and high-temperature sintering of ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride. Heat treatment at temperature, the purpose is to increase its strength through metallurgical bonding between particles.
Main Structure Introduction:
Vacuum hot pressing furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heating and heat preservation and temperature measurement system, vacuum system, air charging system, water cooling system, control system and pressurization system.
Furnace Body: double-layer 304 stainless steel water-cooled structure, precision polishing, beautiful appearance.
Heating insulation and temperature measurement system: The heating system adopts domestic resistance wire to ensure temperature uniformity. The thermal insulation material is made of domestic furnace material, which does not drop powder, has good thermal insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction. It adopts thyristor temperature control, equipped with PID function instrument, digital display meter, with over-temperature sound and light alarm function, and PLC touch screen automatic control can also be used, and historical data is retained to facilitate the analysis of the sintering process.
Vacuum system: It is composed of mechanical pump, inflation valve, air release valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge, bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket.
Gas filling system: It is composed of various pipes and valves, and an explosion-proof system is optional. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, the gas will be automatically released. A needle valve is installed on the inflatable pipeline, and a flowmeter can be selected to control the inflated amount, which is used for the argon gas and nitrogen gas atmosphere required by the sintering process. Temperature Control Method
