    TESTIK-9 series electrical transport property test system is a fully automated test system integrating Hall effect, magnetoresistance, temperature resistance, I-V characteristics and other tests. The system considers the issues that users often overlook, such as integration, shielding and anti-interference ability, and user-friendly operation, and selects the electrical measuring instrument from Keithley in the United States. The sample holder and quick-plug sample card, coupled with the fully automated dedicated test software, allow users to quickly and easily perform electrical transport tests and obtain accurate and reliable data. In addition, the TESTIK-9 series has a variety of high and low temperature environmental options. TESTIK-9 series electrical transport property testing system is an ideal choice for the majority of scientific researchers to study electrical transport properties of materials.

    System Functions:

    Hall effect, R-H characteristics, R-T characteristics and I-V characteristics can be measured, and parameters can be obtained: sheet resistance, resistivity, Hall coefficient, Hall mobility, carrier concentration and conductivity type. Variation curve of temperature or magnetic field.

    Features:

    Optional Accessories:

    1. The electrical transport properties of materials at different temperatures are being extensively studied. Jinzhengmao offers four temperature environments.

    2. Liquid nitrogen box: The sample can be directly soaked in liquid nitrogen (77K) for electrical transport test.

    3. Liquid nitrogen thermostat: If you need to study the temperature-changing properties of the material in detail (80K~500K), you can choose a liquid nitrogen thermostat. The liquid nitrogen thermostat can be reduced to 80K in 15 minutes. It is light in structure and easy to use. At the same time, there are high temperature types to choose from.

    4. Closed-cycle thermostat: If you need to study the temperature-changing properties of the material in detail (2.8K~325K), you can choose a closed-cycle thermostat. Using the compressor and cold head of Japan's Sumitomo Corporation, the temperature is as low as 2.8K, and different sample stages and vacuum covers are suitable for different test environments, such as electrical, optical or both.

    5. High-temperature furnace: Jinzhengmao also independently developed a high-temperature furnace (325K~1000K) used in the electric transportation system. The radiation heating is uniformly heated. There are four probes that can be adjusted individually, and the contact is reliable. Usually used for high temperature Hall effect research.

    6. In electrical transport measurements, some materials give different parameters under different wavelengths of light. This requires the introduction of light in a magnetic field or in a low temperature environment.

    7. Pole and pole head with optical path: a hole is opened on the pole head of the electromagnet as the optical path, so that when the sample is perpendicular to the magnetic field, the light can also be irradiated vertically on the sample.

    8. Shading box: At room temperature, if the sample is sensitive to natural light, it is recommended to choose the optional shading box. At low temperatures, the vacuum hood of the thermostat itself has the function of shading.

    9. Rotation: At room temperature, the standard sample holder can be rotated manually. If you want to accurately test the anisotropy of magnetoresistive materials, you can choose a motorized rotating sample holder. At low temperature, the temperature option can be fixed, the electromagnet can be rotated, and the environment of rotating magnetic field can be realized.

    10. Vacuum pump: The thermostat generally needs to obtain high and low temperature in a vacuum environment, and a vacuum pump is necessary. Jinzhengmao provides a series of products such as dry pumps, mechanical pumps and molecular pump sets to meet the needs of various low temperature options in electric transportation systems.
