The liquid nitrogen cryostat developed by Jinzhengmao Technology Co., Ltd. uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium. The standard thermostat can quickly cool down to the liquid nitrogen temperature (about 20 minutes). Its working principle is to install it in the liquid nitrogen chamber inside the thermostat. Enter the liquid nitrogen, adjust the gap between the temperature control plug and the cold finger to keep the heat leakage of the cold finger at a certain value, and then pass the temperature controller independently developed by Jinzhengmao Technology Co., Ltd. and its internal fuzzy control system. Adjust the heating output power, so that the temperature of the thermostat changes rapidly between 80K-600K, and can quickly stabilize to a certain set value. In addition, if the thermostat is equipped with a step-down option, the temperature of the thermostat can be reduced. Dropped to 65K and stabilized at 65K.
In order to meet the needs of more customers, the company has also developed continuous flow type liquid nitrogen and liquid helium cryostats, so that users do not need to add liquid nitrogen and liquid helium all the time during the experiment, and can measure stably for a long time. When using liquid helium as the low-temperature medium, the low temperature can be as low as 4K, and when using liquid nitrogen as the medium, the low temperature can be as low as 78K. During operation, the low-pressure refrigerant is introduced into the thermostat from the liquid inlet, and then passes through the inside of the thermostat. The capillary tube is introduced into the evaporator at the bottom of the thermostat. The evaporator of the thermostat is also equipped with a heater and a temperature sensor. After the temperature is controlled by the temperature controller, the steam is sprayed into the sample chamber. After cooling the sample, the steam passes through. The gas outlet pipe is discharged into the atmosphere or in the gas recovery device.
