Liquid Nitrogen Thermostat - Electrical

The liquid nitrogen cryostat developed by the company uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium, and the standard thermostat can quickly cool down to the liquid nitrogen temperature (about 20 minutes). Adjust the gap between the temperature control plug and the cold finger to keep the heat leakage of the cold finger stable at a certain value, and then adjust the heating output power through the temperature controller independently developed by Jinzhengmao Technology Co., Ltd. and through its internal fuzzy control system. Make the temperature of the thermostat change rapidly between 80K-600K, and quickly stabilize to a certain set value. In addition, if the thermostat is equipped with a step-down option, the temperature of the thermostat can be reduced to 65K, and the temperature of the thermostat can be reduced to 65K. Stable at 65K.

In order to meet the needs of more customers, the company has also developed continuous flow liquid nitrogen and liquid helium cryostats, so that users do not need to add liquid nitrogen and liquid helium all the time during the experiment, and can measure stably for a long time. When using liquid helium as the low-temperature medium, the low temperature can be as low as 4K, and when using liquid nitrogen as the medium, the low temperature can be as low as 78K. During operation, the low-pressure refrigerant is introduced into the thermostat from the liquid inlet, and then passes through the inside of the thermostat. The capillary tube is introduced into the evaporator at the bottom of the thermostat. The evaporator of the thermostat is also equipped with a heater and a temperature sensor. After the temperature is controlled by the temperature controller, the steam is sprayed into the sample chamber. After cooling the sample, the steam passes through. The gas outlet pipe is discharged into the atmosphere or in the gas recovery device. In the design of this type of thermostat, in order to facilitate the customer to easily load the sample, the sample can be loaded from the top of the thermostat through the sample rod. ratio is smaller and is more suitable for measurements in magnetic fields. After more than ten years of pursuit of product quality and strong support from customers before and after sales, TSKE series low temperature products are your ideal choice.

T90-BNC	0-4GHz	With ordinary coaxial cable
T90-TRX	Triax Connector	Add a quick-plug triax connector
T90-S	Stainless Steel Junction Box	Add a stainless steel junction box
T90-PTEF	PTFE wiring cover	Add a Teflon junction cover to the stainless steel junction box

1: All electrical thermostats are shipped with two connectors, one for temperature sensor and heater installation, and the other for electrical measurements, when more electrical test wiring is required , you need to add mounting holes, or add one or more Breakout Boxes.

2: There is the T90-S option in the thermostat electrical connector option. This option is that the joint box shells installed on the option are integrally connected together to form the ground, and the other is the T90-PTEF option, which is the shell The PTFE board is used for insulation connection with the installed joint, and the electrical properties of the shell and the joint are independent of each other. This should be taken into account when selecting models.

3: 700K high temperature thermostat can be customized.

Decompression accessory options

The standard thermostat itself does not have special decompression means. When a low temperature of 65K is required, it needs to be equipped with corresponding decompression accessories.
