The high-temperature magnetic field heating (annealing) furnace with a heating temperature of up to 1000 ℃ has been successfully installed

 

Recently, our company successfully installed a high-temperature magnetic field heating (annealing) furnace for Hebei University of Science and Technology. The high-temperature (magnetic field) annealing furnace system can perform annealing treatment on samples that need to be processed under high temperature and external magnetic field conditions. Through the system software, temperature and magnetic field change curves can be set to achieve the required annealing steps. This system is easy and convenient to operate, and can easily achieve the goals of improving material properties, changing the direction and arrangement of atomic magnetic moments in materials, etc.

The high-temperature magnetic field heating (annealing) furnace is a feedback regulated heating system composed of a high-temperature furnace, a high-temperature furnace heating power supply, Labview control software, an electromagnet, a high-precision bipolar constant temperature power supply, a molecular pump unit, and a water cooling unit.

The following are the technical specifications of this heating and annealing furnace:

 

The vacuum chamber and main components are made of high-quality non-magnetic 304 stainless steel;

The vacuum acquisition system used is a molecular pump group; Vacuum measurement is a digital full range vacuum gauge;

Vacuum degree and leakage rate: ① Maximum vacuum degree of the vacuum chamber is 10-54a (cold state); ② Leakage rate<10-11 Pa.L/s, vacuum degree fluctuates with temperature, which is a normal situation;

At room temperature to 900 degrees, the heating rate is better than 100k/min, and the maximum heating temperature is 1000 ℃; Temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃;

During heating, the heating wire is encapsulated in a quartz tube, greatly reducing the contamination of surface attachments caused by the evaporation of the heating wire;
