A customized liquid nitrogen thermostat from a university in Sichuan has been delivered
Recently, we have completed the delivery of an optical liquid nitrogen thermostat (model: T9015-4W) designed for a university in Sichuan. This thermostat uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium to achieve rapid cooling to liquid nitrogen temperature (about 20 minutes). Its working principle is to fill the liquid nitrogen chamber inside the thermostat with liquid nitrogen, adjust the gap between the temperature control plug and the cold finger to maintain stable heat leakage of the cold finger at a certain value, and then use the temperature controller independently developed by Jinzhengmao Technology Co., Ltd. to adjust the heating output power through its internal fuzzy control system, so that the temperature of the thermostat can quickly change between 80K-600K and quickly stabilize to a certain set value. In addition, if the thermostat is equipped with a pressure reduction option, the temperature of the thermostat can be reduced to 65K and stabilized at 65K.
