In November 2023, the installation and commissioning of the customized high and low temperature probe station at Tianjin University were completed and officially delivered for use.

Technical Indicators:

1. The diameter of the vacuum chamber is approximately 260mm,

2. With 4-inch high transmission observation window, made of fused silica

3. Sample stage diameter: (50mm) Flatness<5 microns

4. Temperature range: 80K-420K, temperature controller accuracy: 0.1-0.5K (including temperature controller)

5. X-Y-Z travel range: ± 25mm * ± 25mm * 0-12.5mm linear motion, displacement accuracy: 1um

6. Reserve fiber optic access port for optical response testing

7. Reserve interfaces for four probe holders

8. Probe length 38mm, diameter 0.5mm, tip diameter 1um

9. Two sets of CCD cameras (able to see 1-2um clearly)

10. Coupling a set of four axis strain devices (customized)

11. Triple coaxial RF interface: 4 pieces, external triple coaxial connection cable bidirectional male head, length 2 meters

12. Equipped with a 50 liter liquid nitrogen tank infusion tube
