DT640 Silicon Diode Temperature Sensor

The DT640 series silicon diode temperature sensor uses silicon diodes specially suitable for low temperature temperature measurement. Compared with ordinary silicon diodes, it has the characteristics of good repeatability, small dispersion, higher accuracy, wider temperature range, and relatively high voltage at low temperature, which is easy to measure. All of these thermometers better follow a voltage-temperature (V-T) curve, allowing for better interchangeability. Many applications do not require a separate calibration.

Compared with other thermometers on the market, the DT640-BC bare chip thermometer has the characteristics of smaller size, smaller heat capacity and shorter response time. It has unique advantages in applications with special requirements for size, thermal capacity and response time.
