In addition to semiconductor and thin film processing applications, VFT fiber optic vacuum devices are ideal for environmental inspection, pharmaceutical processing and optical coating production. It can also be used in molecular beam epitaxy and chemical physical vapor adsorption, and can be used as an excellent conduit for air boxes, glove boxes and medium pressure devices.
The terminals of the high-voltage and low-voltage sides of the VFT optical fiber vacuum device can be connected with SMA905 connectors, which can be easily used with optical fibers, light sources, accessories, and optical equipment such as our company's spectrometers.
The VFT fiber optic through-vacuum unit can be screwed into an M12 male threaded hole in the vacuum sample chamber, or can be screwed into a smooth hole with a prepared nut and washer. The assembly process is very simple, just connect the fiber to the VFT through an SMA905 fiber adapter. On the low pressure side of the sample chamber, we recommend users to choose a quartz fiber with a metal hard shell.
