The magneto-optical Kerr effect device is an ultra-high sensitivity magnetometer designed based on the principle of magneto-optical effect, and is an ideal measurement tool for studying magnetic thin films and magnetic microstructures. Rotational magneto-optical Kerr effect (RotMOKE) is an experimental method similar to torque measurement anisotropy based on magneto-optical Kerr effect measurement, which can quantitatively obtain the value of the magnetic anisotropy of the sample. However, due to the limitation of the size of the magnetic field of the electromagnet, it is only suitable for measuring the magnetic thin film material whose easy axis of magnetic anisotropy is in the film surface and the coercive field is not too large. Combined with the source table, the magnetotransport performance of the sample can be measured. RotMOKE has the following characteristics: high measurement accuracy and short measurement time; non-contact measurement is a non-destructive measurement; the measurement range is one point, which can measure the magnetization of different parts of the same sample; it can generate a smooth and stable controlled magnetic field, And the magnetic field smoothly crosses zero.
