Magnetic Field Strength Tester

Jinzhengmao magnetic field strength tester can measure the change curve of magnetic properties with temperature of magnetic materials from liquid nitrogen temperature zone to room temperature or room temperature to 500 ℃ temperature zone.

Technical Indicators:

1. Measurement range of magnetic moment (when the magnetic pole spacing is 30mm): 1*10-3emu—300emu (sensitivity: 5×10-5emu)

2. Relative accuracy (when the range is 30emu): better than ±1%

3. Repeatability (when the range is 30emu): better than ±1%

4. Stability (when the range is 30emu): work better than 1% for 4 consecutive hours

5. Temperature range: room temperature to 500 degrees Celsius and room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature zone

6. Magnetic field strength: between 0—±3.8T

Electromagnet DC Steady Current Power Supply:

※ Bipolar Constant Current Output

① The output current of the power supply can be continuously changed between positive and negative rated maximum currents

② The current can smoothly cross the zero point, non-switching commutation

③ Four-quadrant operation of output current and voltage (suitable for inductive loads)

④ The current change rate can be set in the range of 0.0007～0.3 F.S./s (F.S. is the rated maximum output current)

※ High Current Stability And Low Ripple

①Current stability: better than ±25ppm/h (standard type); better than ±5ppm/h (high stability type)

② Current accuracy: ±(0.01% set value + 1mA)

③ Current resolution: 20 bits, for example, 15A power supply, the current resolution is 0.03mA

④ Source effect: ≤ 2.0×10-5 F.S. (when the supply voltage changes by 10%, the output current changes)

⑤ Load effect: ≤ 2.0×10-5 F.S. (when the load changes by 10%, the output current changes)

⑥ Current ripple (RMS): less than 1mA

① Current mode: directly set the current in the magnet or coil

② Magnetic field mode: directly set the size of the magnetic field in the magnet or coil

Note: The magnetic field mode needs to cooperate with the company's high-precision gauss meter and probe

①Input power failure protection (when the input power fails, the internal protection absorbs the reverse energy of the inductive load)

②Overcurrent protection (automatic drop current, uncontrollable overcurrent will turn off the power output and alarm)

③Overheating protection (module overheating, power off output and alarm)

④Water flow protection (detect the cooling water, once the water flow is too small or the water is cut off, turn off the power output and alarm. Applicable to water-cooled power supply)

⑤Condensation protection (detects whether there is condensed water on the cooling pipe, once dew condensation, turn off the power output and alarm. Applicable to water-cooled power supply)

⑥ External interlock protection (normally open or normally closed input)
