The TESTIK475 Gaussmeter strives to maintain the exact magnetic field density, user-entered control set point, expressed in G, T, Oe, A/m. Beijing Jinzhengmao's electromagnet magnetic field control platform integrates hardware and control components to form a changing magnetic field platform, which can be used independently or as a basis for user-designed measurement systems.

※ The magnetic field control platform includes electromagnets, bipolar power supplies, Gauss meters, Hall probes and brackets with controllable DSP technology from Jinzhengmao Company. The magnetic field control platform provided by Jinzhengmao has different configurations to meet user requirements based on magnetic field strength, magnetic field uniformity, sample size, custom measurement requirements, etc. Variable magnetic fields with different magnetic field strengths required by users can be independently formed. Widely used in magneto-optical measurement systems, VSM measurement systems, online annealing, Hall effect, magnetic susceptibility measurement, spin magnetic resonance, B-H curve measurement and precise sensor calibration.

The 475 Gaussmeter gets feedback from the Gaussmeter Hall probe to calculate and adjust the control (analog) output. For greater control stability, the Model 475 Gaussmeter updates the analog output every 33 milliseconds. The result is a built-in PI controller that provides peak-to-peak 0.5 G* magnetic field stability.

※ When the setpoint rate is activated, the instrument will start to accelerate from the current magnetic field reading instead of the current setpoint, based on the settings of P and I. In addition, the 475 Gaussmeter can set the rate to control the set point, from the current magnetic field reading to a new value, using a PI control of a smooth linear transition in the magnetic field rather than a transient characteristic.

※ Open loop field control may also use the 475 analog output with manual output, which means feedback is ignored and the analog output stays at manual user adjustment. This method places the magnet power supply operation in constant current mode.

※ The 475 also includes user-settable control slope limit and analog output voltage limit. These software limits ensure that the magnet power supply will not be damaged if the field control system is improperly adjusted or begins to oscillate.

Standard Configuration Of FCP Magnetic Field Control Platform:

TESTIK475 has 1 computer interface: RS-232 serial port: This interface can set all instrument parameters and read back measurement values. During field control, the reading rate of the interface is rated at 30 readings per second. A LabVIEW driver for the 475 is provided (optional). The magnetic field control platform does not contain application software.
